DHD & RED DESIGN GROUP LAUNCH AGENCY FOR MULTI-STORE ROLLOUTS

Coach, the global fashion house producing modern accessories and lifestyle collections, embodies New York style. So, it was only fitting that Coach appointed the New York firm, DHD Architecture & Interior Design, to design and document their global store rollout.

Coach tasked DHD with maintaining consistent premium design in more than 100 venues around the world, ranging from a flagship store in Mexico City to a duty-free store in Seoul. The results speak volumes about DHD’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

Through DHD’s experience with Coach — and other international brands including Liz Claiborne, Hanro, and Dana Buchman — the firm has developed extensive expertise in the myriad challenges global rollouts pose for retailers, be they purveyors of luxury goods or mainstream outlets. DHD’s experience in this arena was a key factor in Melbourne-based Red Design Group’s decision to select DHD as their architectural partner for the Brickworks 5th Avenue flagship. Brickworks is Australia’s largest brick manufacturer, and the leading brickmaker in the Northeast United States.

The success of the Brickworks collaboration led to DHD and RED to join forces and launch RxD, a retail architecture and design agency specializing in multi-site store rollouts. Headquartered in New York, and working across all US states, RxD builds on DHD’s standing as a respected New York firm with a proven track record and RED’s reputation as a leading global practice, to offer retailers fast, affordable, and responsive design and documentation services for large scale store rollouts.

The genesis of our new venture is based on mutual trust, respect, and a shared obsession with providing the highest quality service to our clients.
