Rock & Republic is a high-end, boutique fashion house and looked to expand from the west coast to the east and create a flagship store in SoHo. The three-story section was divided into three programs: office, showroom, and lounge. Their desire to show off an edgy, urban vibe translated into a dark palette of custom macassar ebony millwork, blackened steel hanging rods, smoked glass tabletops, and supergraphics. Flexible and mobile millwork pieces and accommodated changing inventories. The three spaces were connected physically by a spiral staircase and conceptually with a macassar ebony feature wall.
